I believe that general dentistry is about long-term relationships with the patients. While you can get treatments for certain procedures by specialists, it’s important that somebody is your overall advocate, whether it be for your cosmetic treatments or your surgical treatments. It’s beneficial to the patient if somebody is overseeing their overall treatment and helping them make the best decisions because a lot of times you need somebody in your corner that can give you all the available options and help you make the right decision for you.
The best qualities of this practice are the fact that we put our patients first, we want to make sure that they get taken care of, and the fact that we go out of our way to get educated in all of the newest technologies and materials to give our patients the most up-to-date work. I think what sets us apart is the fact that we are a multi-generational practice. So my mom founded this practice over 20 years ago and I’ve been coming here since the first day that we opened.
So I’ve really seen firsthand how we make our patients feel and that’s the legacy I want to continue. I love coming to Dedicated Dental and I’ve been coming here I’m not even sure how long, maybe 10 years. Everybody’s kind, compassionate, patient.
They go over financial information with you so there’s no surprises at, you know, checkout time. And I drive 45 minutes to come here and I would not go anywhere else. I can’t say enough about the quality of the work, the compassionate way that they treat their patients.
Very, very comfortable and confident with everything that they do. I have beautiful teeth when I was young and I love my smile and my teeth become in the pain because I liked candy so I lost a lot of teeth. The doctor fixed it now everybody love my smile, love my teeth and I feel beautiful because when you go out and everybody coming in your teeth and then your smile you feel uplifted and you feel good and this is beautiful.
If you were a new patient and very nervous about going to the dentist I would say this place would make you feel very comfortable. It’s very welcoming. They always want to make you feel comfortable.
It’s very much at home and it’s very welcoming and even if you’re nervous to go to the dentist I think that they could certainly get you in a comfort level that you’re gonna want to come back.
